Вінтсі Ж. Підвищення конкурентоспроможності у забезпеченні економічної безпеки агрохолдигів. – На правах рукопису.

З позицій підходів класичної економічної теорії здійснено упорядкування понятійно-категоріальної системи та визначено в ній місце понять конкурентоспроможності підприємства та економічна безпека. Сформовано основні критерії економічної безпеки підприємства в умовах сучасних глобальних викликів та трансформації економічної системи. Доведено, що основною метою забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства є створення ефективної системи з прогнозування і виявлення внутрішніх і зовнішніх загроз його діяльності, а також їх уникнення або здійснення заходів щодо мінімізації впливу даних загроз на результати діяльності.
Проведене дослідження специфіки аграрного бізнесу в умовах зміни кон’юнктури світового продовольчого ринку дозволило виявити загрози економічній безпеці агрохолдингівта розробити стратегії конкурентоспроможності як інструмент упередження загроз і посилання потенціалу економічної безпеки агрохолдингів.При оцінюванні кінцевого результату реалізації комплексу стратегій конкурентоспроможності та його впливу на рівень економічної безпеки агрохолдингів рекомендовано враховувати ефект синергії, який може мати як позитивне, так і негативне значення для господарюючого суб’єкту.
Удосконалено та поглиблено систему інформаційного забезпечення формування стратегій конкурентоспроможності агрохолдингівяк інструменту забезпечення їх економічної безпеки. Запропоновано шляхи оптимізації формування та вибору ефективної стратегії конкурентоспроможності, а також відповідний механізм реалізації такої стратегії для забезпечення економічної безпеки агрохолдингів України.

Structuring of the conceptual and categorical system has been conducted. Based on both systematization of main concepts of modern competition theory and building of the logical scheme of relationship between its terminological apparatus elements, the place of notions «enterprise competitiveness” and “economic security» has been determined in it. It has been proved that the main aim of enterprise economic security is to create the efficient system on detection of inner and outer threats of its activity as well as to illuminate them or to implement measures on the minimizing the impact of these threats for activity results. The analysis of categorical system of enterprise economic security allows determining the place of competitiveness in its securing.
The comparative analysis of current methods of enterprise competitiveness evaluation has enabled to discover that integral potential of complex methods and reliability and credibility of objective ones of enterprise competitiveness evaluation have higher efficiency in the system of current methodologies. It results in efficiency determination of the process of competitive strategies development.
The research of agricultural business peculiarities in terms of change in the world food market conditions has allowed to allocate competitiveness strategies of the leading world companies, to characterize and analyze tendencies of agricultural sector development in the world economy in long- and middle term periods, to determine threats for economic security of such agricultural holdings during the process of their competitive strategies creation.
The evaluation of threats for agricultural holdings economic security in Ukraine has determined their high efficiency in opposition to inner and outer negative influence factors on financial and economic activity. The analysis of methods of threats minimization to economic security used by agricultural holdings in the world and Ukraine has demonstrated narrower complex of methods used by agricultural holdings in Ukraine. It narrows potential of their economic security.
The system of information management for creation of competitiveness strategies of agricultural holdings as the tool for their economic security has been improved and detailed. Ways to optimize creation and the choice of efficient competitiveness strategy has been suggested. In addition, the relevant mechanism of such strategy realization to provide economic security of agricultural holdings in Ukraine has been provided.
