Дисертаційна робота присвячена комплексному дослідженню теоретико-методичних засад та науково-практичних підходів до формування й розвитку процесу кластеризації промисловості в забезпеченні економічної безпеки держави.
У роботі досліджено сутнісні та понятійні аспекти процесу кластеризації промисловості, теоретичні засади економічної безпеки промисловості в умовах євроінтеграції, досліджено концептуальні засади формування кластерної політики в забезпеченні економічної безпеки держави. Здійснено діагностику процесу кластеризації промисловості: проаналізовано сучасний фактичний стан та особливості формування й забезпечення процесу кластеризації промисловості в Україні, проведено аналіз основних загроз економічній безпеці промисловості, визначено взаємозв’язок процесу кластеризації промисловості та забезпечення економічної безпеки держави. Розроблено й запропоновано механізм забезпечення економічної безпеки держави в аспекті провадження процесу інноваційно-регіонального кластерного розвитку, формування інноваційно-регіональної моделі кластеризації промисловості, механізм формування і впровадження кластерної політики, обґрунтовано та визначено основні напрямки впровадження кластерної політики в забезпеченні економічної безпеки держави, розроблено й запропоновано модель оцінки складових та показників економічної безпеки процесу кластеризації промисловості в забезпеченні економічної безпеки держави.

The dissertation is devoted to the comprehensive study of theoretical and methodological principles and scientific and practical approaches to the formation and development of the process of clustering of industry in the context of ensuring the economic security of the state.
In the work of the investigated substance and scientific aspects of the clustering process industry, the theoretical basis of economic security industry, studied the conceptual bases of formation of cluster policies and initiatives in ensuring the economic security of the State.
The author conducted diagnosis process industry clustering, made the analysis of the current actual state and characteristics of the formation and support of industry clustering in Ukraine, conducted an analysis of the main threats economic security industry at the current stage of economy, clustering defined determinants impact components and indicators on industry clustering process. Developed and proposed to the main directions of future development of industry clustering process that includes the use of formed an innovative regional industry clustering models, the mechanism and direction the formation and implementation of cluster policy.
We developed a conceptual model of the components and indicators of economic security industry clustering process basic blocks-components: institutional, industrial-technological, innovation and integration and coordination units of economic security to permit an analysis and assessment, to define the integral index of economic security and a level of economic safety of the diagnostic tool formation and development of industrial clusters in ensuring the economic security of the State.
In the work improved the mechanism of formation and implementation of cluster policy, which covers the objectives, principles, functions and cluster policy stages of its formation, methods, tools and direction of its security and allows you to create the industrial policy of the State on the basis of cluster approach in an integrated manner, in areas such as: institutional, innovation, organizational and infrastructure.
A structure and maintenance of directions of realization of cluster politics offer and reasonable, basic tasks and events of cluster politics are certain after each of directions, successive realization of that will allow system to inculcate the process of clusterization of domestic industry, carry out structural, scientific and technical alteration industrial to the sector, to promote the level of competitiveness of domestic industry that is soil for the economy growing and providing of economic security of the state.
