У дисертаційній роботі викладено результати дослідження інноваційного розвитку в контексті економічної безпеки України.
Обґрунтовано напрями та механізми забезпечення інноваційних трансформацій у реальному секторі економіки, які усувають або пом’якшують вплив факторів, що підривають стійкість національної економіки. Удосконалено теоретико-методологічні засади щодо ролі інноваційного розвитку в забезпеченні національної безпеки в економічній сфері. Проведено кількісну оцінку інноваційної безпеки економіки України. Подальший розвиток набули заходи та інструменти інноваційної політики, які направлені на забезпечення захисту національної економіки від внутрішніх та зовнішніх загроз.
Розроблено основні напрямки активізації структурних реформ економіки України, спрямованих на її інноваційний розвиток. Обґрунтовано основні завдання та пріоритетні напрямки реформування бюджетно-податкової, монетарної та структурної політики в контексті економічної безпеки.

Обосновано направления и механизмы обеспечения инновационных трансформаций в реальном секторе экономики, которые устраняют или смягчают влияние факторов, подрывающих устойчивость национальной экономики. Усовершенствовано теоретико-методологические основы инновационного развития в обеспечении национальной безопасности в экономической сфере. Проведено количественную оценку инновационной безопасности экономики Украины. Дальнейшее развитие получили меры и инструменты инновационной политики, направленные на обеспечение защиты национальной экономики от внутренних и внешних угроз.
Разработано основные направления активизации структурных реформ экономики Украины, направленных на ее инновационное развитие. Обосновано основные задачи и приоритетные направления реформирования бюджетно-налоговой, монетарной и структурной политики в контексте экономической безопасности.

The thesis presents the results of the innovation development research in the context of the economic security of Ukraine's economy.
It was determined that the threats to economic security are directly related to the low levels of innovation implementation in the current model of economic development. The main threats are: the high level of depreciation and technical degradation of fixed assets of the national economy, low profitability of assets and products; high energy intensity against the country’s energy dependency; increase in export share of products with low added value; increased lagging of Ukraine against leading countries that formed an "innovative enclave"; degradation of the structure of the economy towards an agricultural commodity type; displacement of domestic manufacturers of high-tech products not only from the international markets but also from the domestic markets
This work classifies the causes of ineffectiveness of innovation policy, which pose a direct threat to economic security, which include the uncertainty of the objectives of innovation policy and orientation at administrative rent while implementing the state economic policy.
The directions and mechanisms of innovative transformations in the real sector of the economy that eliminate or mitigate the impact of the factors undermining the stability of the national economy are justified in this work. The author offers improved theoretical and methodological foundations of innovative development of national security in the economic area. The measures and innovation policy instruments aimed at protecting the national economy from internal and external threats were further developed by the author.
A quantitative assessment of innovation security of Ukrainian economy was conducted by determining sub-indicators of innovation security based on criteria of sequence of stages of innovative process and calculation of integral index of state innovation security;
The author has developed guidelines for intensified structural reforms of the economy of Ukraine, aimed at its innovative development. The author proposed a matrix of selected tools for innovation policy depending on the changes in the institutional environment. The main challenges and priorities for reforms in fiscal, monetary and structural policies in the context of economic security are substantiated in this thesis.
