Гуманітарні аспекти інформаційної безпеки

Мета дослідження – провести деталізоване науково-практичне обґрунтування особливостей гуманітарних, філософських, соціально-правових аспектів інформаційної безпеки та дослідити соціально-філософську рефлексію феномену інформаційної безпеки як провідного чинника розвитку свідомості та буття суспільства інформаційної доби.
Методологія дослідження. У дослідженні було використано загальнонаукові (узагальнення, порівняння, індукція і дедукція) та емпірико-теоретичні методи (аналіз, синтез). Використання системно-структурного підходу дало можливість розмежувати основні особливості соціально-філософської рефлексії феномену інформаційної безпеки.
Результати. Визначено, що зростання уваги до гуманітарних аспектів проблем національної та міжнародної безпеки можна сьогодні пояснити такими причинами: з-за сучасних умов в суспільстві все більше починають усвідомлювати той факт, що саме людина є головним компонентом багатства будь-якої країни; в результаті діяльності людини зʼявляються всі ті основні загрози, яким мають протистояти системи міжнародної і національної безпеки. Зʼясовано, що інтегративне осмислення основи інформаційно-комунікаційних процесів, та їх смислового виміру надає змогу більш оптимально розвʼязати проблеми припинення війни на території Україні та повноцінної реінтеграції населення окупованих територій. Встановлено, що інформаційна безпека є важливою якістю буття соціальної системи, у звʼязку з тим, що асекурує суттєві зв’язки, які детермінують стійкість та впорядкованість буття українського суспільства.
Практична значущість. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для підготовки навчального курсу з інформаційної безпеки, а також для відображення окремих тем у рамках курсів політології, права, філософії, соціології, теорії інформаційного суспільства, інших дисциплін соціально-гуманітарного циклу. Практична значущість результатів гуманітарного та соціально-філософського дослідження інформаційної безпеки надає змогу повніше зрозуміти комплексний характер проблематики, визначити вплив інформаційної безпеки на свідомість та буття сучасного українського суспільства.

Humanitarian aspects of information security

The purpose of the research is to conduct a detailed scientific and practical substantiation of the features of the humanitarian, philosophical, socio-legal aspects of information security and to investigate the sociophilosophical reflection of the phenomenon of information security as a leading factor in the development of consciousness and existence of society in the information age.
Research methodology. The research used general scientific (generalization, comparison, induction and deduction) and empirical-theoretical methods (analysis, synthesis). The use of the system-structural approach made it possible to distinguish the main features of the socio-philosophical reflection of the phenomenon of information security.
Results. It was determined that the growing attention to the humanitarian aspects of national and international security problems today can be explained by the following reasons: due to modern conditions, society is increasingly becoming aware of the fact that it is the person who is the main component of the wealth of any country; as a result of human activity, all the main threats that international and national security systems have to face appear. It has been found that the integrative understanding of the basis of information and communication processes and their meaningful dimension allows to more optimally solve the problems of ending the war on the territory of Ukraine and full reintegration of the population of the occupied territories. It has been established that information security is an important quality of the existence of the social system, due to the fact that it ensures essential connections that determine the stability and orderliness of the existence of Ukrainian society.
Practical significance. The results of the research can be used to prepare a training course on information security, as well as to display individual topics within the framework of courses in political, legal science, philosophy, sociology, the theory of information society, and other disciplines of the social and humanitarian cycle. The practical significance of the results of humanitarian and socio-philosophical research on information security makes it possible to more fully understand the complex nature of the problem, to determine the impact of information security on the consciousness and existence of modern Ukrainian society.
