Дисертаційна робота присвячена удосконаленню теоретико-методичних засад і наданню практичних рекомендацій щодо розробки та використання інструментарію оцінювання економічних аспектів забезпечення трудоресурсної безпеки держави.
Вперше запропоновано методичний підхід до оцінювання економічних аспектів забезпечення трудоресурсної безпеки держави, який включає розрахунок інтегрального показника трудоресурсної безпеки, до якого включено показники соціальної, демографічної, міграційної та продовольчої безпеки, що дозволяє врахувати вплив зовнішніх та внутрішніх загроз такої складової економічної безпеки держави.
Удосконалено концептуальний підхід до забезпечення трудоресурсної безпеки як складової економічної безпеки держави, що ґрунтується на економічних аспектах забезпечення трудоресурсної безпеки, які формуються під впливом внутрішніх та зовнішніх загроз, шляхом встановлення мети, завдань, функцій та принципів, виокремлення об’єктів і суб’єктів, а також розробки та використання інструментарію оцінювання стану трудоресурсної безпеки.
Доопрацьовано інструментарій оцінювання громадської думки щодо забезпечення трудоресурсної безпеки, який передбачає проведення опитування за п’ятьма групами показників, перші чотири з яких описують ситуацію у соціальній демографічній, міграційній та продовольчій сфері у вигляді вибору однієї відповіді на поставлене питання, а п’ята – передбачає надання власної думки респондента щодо поліпшення ситуації у зазначених сферах трудоресурсної безпеки.
Доповнено склад функціональних складових економічної безпеки держави, який, на відміну від існуючих підходів, доповнено трудоресурсною безпекою, що дає можливість врахувати економічні аспекти демографічної та соціальної безпеки держави.
Розроблено напрями забезпечення трудоресурсної безпеки як складової економічної безпеки держави, які розподілено за такими ознаками: за характером дії (економічні, соціальні, національно-патріотичні), за суб’єктами реалізації (загальнодержавні, регіональні, індивідуальні).
Доопрацьовано понятійно-категоріальний апарат в частині уточнення сутності термінів «економічна безпека держави», «трудоресурсна безпека держави», «соціальна безпека», «демографічна безпека», «міграційна безпека» та «продовольча безпека», «інструментарій оцінювання економічних аспектів забезпечення трудоресурсної безпеки держави», що дозволило надати пропозиції щодо удосконалення концептуального підходу до забезпечення трудоресурсної безпеки як складової економічної безпеки держави.
Уточнено перелік загроз трудоресурсній безпеці як складової економічної безпеки держави шляхом розробки матриці загроз «внутрішні-зовнішні» загрози, що дозволило розробити паспорт загроз трудоресурсній безпеці держави, який, на відміну від існуючих, дозволяє здійснити їх розподіл за місцем виникнення (внутрішні та зовнішні), за джерелами походження (демографічні, соціальні, міграційні, продовольчі), за економічним змістом (знижують купівельну спроможність, знижують рівень життя населення, стимулюють міграцію), а також встановити об’єкти та суб’єкти впливу.

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of theoretical and methodological foundations and giving practical recommendations on the development and use of tools for assessing the economic aspects of ensuring labor security of the state.
For the first time, a methodological approach to assessing the economic aspects of state security of labor security is proposed, which includes the calculation of an integrated indicator of labor security, which includes indicators of social, demographic, migration and food security, which allows to take into account the impact of external and internal threats on such component of economic security.
The conceptual approach to the provision of labor security as a component of the economic security of the state is improved, which is based on the economic aspects of ensuring the labor security, which are formed under the influence of internal and external threats, by establishing the purpose, tasks, functions and principles, the separation of objects and entities, as well as the development and use of tools for assessing labor security.
A toolkit for assessing public opinion on labor security was elaborated, which includes a survey of five groups of indicators, the first four of which describe the situation in the social demographic, migration and food sectors in the form of choosing one answer to the question posed, and the fifth one providing the respondent's own opinion on the improvement of the situation in the mentioned areas of labor security.
The composition of the functional components of the economic security of the state has been supplemented, which, unlike the existing approaches, has been supplemented with labor security, which makes it possible to take into account the economic aspects of the demographic and social security of the state.
The directions of providing labor security as a component of the economic security of the state have been elaborated, distributed according to the following characteristics: by nature of action (economic, social, national-patriotic), by subjects of implementation (national, regional, individual).
Revised conceptual and categorical apparatus in terms of clarification of the essence of the terms "economic security of the state", "labor security of the state", "social security", "demographic security", "migration security" and "food security", "tool for assessing economic aspects of labor security states, which allowed for proposals to improve the conceptual approach to ensuring labor security as a component of the state's economic security.
The list of threats to labor security as a component of the economic security of the state was elaborated by developing a matrix of threats "internal-external" threats, which allowed to develop a passport of threats to labor security of the state, which, unlike the existing ones, allows them to be distributed at the place of origin (internal and external), by sources of origin (demographic, social, migration, food), by economic content (reduce purchasing power, reduce living standards, stimulate migration), and establish objects and agents of influence.
