Концептуальні основи модернізації промисловості України на засадах Індустрії 4.0. в умовах переходу до технологій Четвертої промислової революції

У статті здійснено формування концептуальних основ модернізації промисловості України на засадах Індустрії 4.0 в умовах переходу до технологій Четвертої промислової революції та перспектив подальшого інноваційного розвитку вітчизняної промисловості. Визначено, що концепція модернізації промисловості передбачає вжиття заходів та впровадження відповідних стимулів масового застосування сучасних технологій в промисловості, інформатизації, цифровізації та автоматизації виробничих процесів, зростання якості технологічності та конкурентоспроможності продукції вітчизняної промисловості, усвідомлення нових викликів світового технологічного розвитку та його революційних змін, визначає основні напрями модернізації промисловості та аспекти гармонізації, взаємодії процесів технологізації, модернізації вітчизняної промисловості зі світовими процесами впровадження Індустрії 4.0 та технологій Четвертої промислової революції.

В статье осуществлено формирование концептуальных основ модернизации промышленности Украины на принципах Индустрии 4.0 в условиях перехода к технологиям Четвертой промышленной революции и перспектив дальнейшего инновационного развития отечественной промышленности. Определено, что концепция модернизации промышленности определяет принятие мер и внедрение соответствующих стимулов массового применения современных технологий в промышленности, информатизации, цифровизации и автоматизации производственных процессов, роста качества технологичности и конкурентоспособности продукции отечественной промышленности, понимания новых вызовов мирового технологического развития и его революционных изменений, определяет основные направления модернизации промышленности и аспекты гармонизации, взаимодействия процессов технологизации, модернизации отечественной промышленности с мировыми процессами внедрения Индустрии 4.0 и технологий Четвертой промышленной революции.

Conceptual basis of modernization of industry of Ukraine on the basis of industry 4.0 in the conditions of the transition to the technologies of the fourth industrial revolution

The article made the formation of conceptual bases of the modernization of the industry on the basis of Industry 4.0 in the conditions of transition to the technology of the fourth industrial revolution and the prospects of further innovative development of domestic industry. Determined that the concept of the modernization of the industry involves the implementation and introduction of incentives for mass use of modern technology in industry, information, digital, automated software production processes, growth as manufacturability and competitiveness of the products of the domestic industry, in accordance with the new requirements of the world’s technological development and its changes, determines the main directions of modernization of industry, and the aspects of interaction the processes of technological modernization of the domestic industry with world processes Introduction Industry 4.0 and the fourth industrial revolution. Determined that the formation of the conceptual bases of modernization of industry of Ukraine is aimed at ensuring the institutional processes of modernization on the basis of Industry 4.0. Such software includes: institutional, legislative, organizational promote technical, technological upgrading, operation and development of industry, science and new technologies; introduction of incentives for implementation of innovative scientific industrial technical developments in the field of Technology Industry 4.0; the use of incentives for the introduction of the technical technological modernization; the development of innovative, digital infrastructure necessary for the implementation of a comprehensive modernization of the industry, new energy industry. As well as ensuring the growth of the volume and quality of personnel and intellectual resources of the country, which are the basic resources necessary for the technical implementation of the technological modernization of the State target programs of training and development workers; creating conditions and investment climate needed to stimulate and motivate investment in the modernization of the industry with the introduction of the new digital technologies; the creation of demand for industrial development and introduction of new technologies; the implementation of government programs of modernization of industry.
