Визначальні тенденції та засади Четвертої промислової революції , їх сутність та вплив на промисловий розвиток

У статті досліджено визначальні тенденції та засади Четвертої промислової революції, їх сутність та вплив на промисловий розвиток. Визначено, що Четверта промислова революція є трансформацією, переходом на новий рівень соціально-економічних систем. Досліджено, що визначальні тенденції та засади Четвертої промислової революції передбачають широке застосування ІТ -технологій, створення кіберфізичних комплексів «розумного виробництва», розбудову нових, загальних цифрових екосистем та радикальну зміну суспільно-економічного життя. Визначено, що впровадження ключових чинників «Індустрії 4.0.» здатне радикально змінити не лише процеси виробництва та функціонування промисловості, а й структуру економіки країни, з масштабним розвитком високотехнологічних галузей виробництва та масовим упровадженням адитивних технологій та інтелектуалізацію виробничих процесів.

В статье исследованы определяющие тенденции и основы Четвертой промышленной революции, их сущность и влияние на промышленное развитие. Определено, что Четвертая промышленная революция является трансформацией, переходом на новый уровень социально-экономических систем. Исследовано, что тенденции и основы Четвертой промышленной революции предполагают широкий спектр применения ИТ -технологий, создание киберфизических комплексов «умного производства», построение новых цифровых экосистем и радикальное изменение общественно-экономической жизни. Определено, что внедрение ключевых факторов «Индустрии 4.0.» радикально меняет не только процессы производства и функционирование промышленности, но и структуру экономики страны, с масштабным развитием высокотехнологических отраслей производства и массовым внедрением аддитивных технологий, интеллектуализацией производственных процессов.

The article examined the important trends and fundamentals of the fourth industrial revolution the essence of their impact on industrial development. Determined that the Fourth industrial revolution is the transformation, transition to a new level of socio-economic systems. It is investigated that the purpose of the fourth industrial revolution is the Elimination of the boundaries between the physical, digital and biological spheres of human development. Determined that the trends and fundamentals of the fourth industrial revolution include the widespread use of IT technologies, creating digital complexes building new common digital ecosystems and radical change in the socio-economic life. Determined that the Fourth industrial revolution is based on the list of the basic principles of its implementation, the following principles are the principles: compatibility, transparency, decentralization and support management decisions through the delegation of some of the them kìberfìzičnim systems. Determined that the implementation of the key factors of the industry 4.0. can drastically change production processes and functioning of industry and the structure of the economy, large-scale development of high-tech industries and the massive introduction of new technologies, complex production processes. Determined that the major trends of the fourth industrial revolution are: industries associated with the development of biotechnology, new sources of energy, information technology and atomically-precise manufacturing; intensive type of development; the complexity of the sources of financing, investing, as State funding and venture financing and internal investment due to active use of internal resources and potential of the business; priority technological information, communication, production, management of innovation. As well as the development of new digital models of the economy; structural changes in the economy with the growth of the share of high technology industries; the growth of the State's role in global coordination and interaction; the formation and development of the companies and a further increase in the level of integration of production; the implementation of public education programs with the creation of the centers of development, human capital, technology transfer; development of innovative, digital infrastructure and communications, and others.
