Концептуальні засади інвестиційно-інноваційного забезпечення процесів розвитку промисловості

У статті досліджено концептуальні засади інвестиційно-інноваційного забезпечення процесів розвитку промисловості. Окреслено значення інноваційного розвитку як визначного чинника зростання конкурентоспроможності та техніко-технологічного оновлення – модернізації промислового комплексу країни. Визначено основні концептуальні засади здійснення інвестиційної діяльності та провідне соціальне, суспільне значення впровадження інвестиційної діяльності. Досліджено сутність інноваційної діяльності як безперервного процесу дій, спрямованих на створення та комерціалізацію інновацій. Узагальнено розуміння сутності інвестиційного забезпечення інноваційного розвитку як сукупних дії бізнесу та органів державної влади для залучення реальних та потенційних внутрішніх та зовнішніх інвестиційних ресурсів із метою забезпечення реалізації діяльності за стратегічними напрямами інноваційного розвитку.

Концептуальные основы инвестиционно-инновационное обеспечение процессов развития промышленности

В статье исследованы концептуальные основы инвестиционного, инновационного обеспечения процессов развития промышленности. Определено значение инновационного развития як определяющего фактора роста конкурентоспособности и технико-технологического обновления – модернизации промышленного комплекса страны. Определены концептуальные основы осуществления инвестиционной деятельности и большое социальное, общественное значение ведения инвестиционной деятельности. Исследована сущность инновационной деятельности как комплекса действий, направленных на создание и коммерциализацию инноваций. Обобщено понимание сущности инвестиционного обеспечения инновационного развития как общих действий бизнеса и органов государственной власти для определения реальных и потенциальных, внешних и внутренних инвестиционных ресурсов с целью их инвестирования в стратегические для страны направления инновационного экономического развития.

Conceptual framework of investment innovative software processes, development of industry

The article explored the principles of investment and innovation processes in software development industry. Outlines the importance of innovation as an important factor of growth and technical and technological update – modernization of the industrial complex of the country. Defined the basic principles of the realization of investment activity and a leading social, the public value of the implementation of the investment activity. Investigated the nature of innovation as a constant process aimed at the creation and implementation of innovation. Generalized understanding of investment software innovation as the aggregate actions of business and public authorities with the aim of bringing real and potential internal and external investment resources to ensure implementation of activities for the strategic directions of innovation development. Theme relevance is that in spite of existing scientific research, due to the significant influence of external and internal factors and insufficient development of the domestic investment environment of the country needed to stimulate the development and innovation activities, the question of the conceptual foundations of investment innovative software processes industrial development remains relevant, and identifies the need for further scientific research. The results of the studies of the conceptual principles of investment and innovation processes in software development industry, the opportunities to point out that investment and innovation are part of industrial development, because innovation is the driving the power of new change and development, and an investment implements innovations, because without investment, implementation of innovation development is impossible. In General, the essence of investment-innovative software is a process planning actions aimed at accumulating, stimulate and activate the investment development as the use of economic methods of State economic policy and State regulation designed to ensure the development and implementation of industrial innovation and ensure the active dynamic of innovation development, upgrading of the industry in the country.
