Accounting and reporting method of OSBB

The article deals with the methodology of accounting and reporting in associations of co-owners of multi-apartment buildings. The key issues of account management of OSBB are considered, features of the operation and registration of OSBB are determined. The methodological bases of formation and displaying of income and expense on the results of activity of condominiums are detailed. The supervisory bodies, terms of submission and penalties for non-submission or non-timely reporting of condominiums are presented. The purpose of the article is to reveal the key aspects of the organization and the features of the accounting methodology and timely compilation and reporting on the results of the activity of the association of co-owners of multi-apartment buildings. One of the main ways to improve the quality of accounting is to automate it, which will reduce the complexity, increase the reliability and minimize the risk of committing an error while registering. To optimize the work of the accounting service of the condominiums, an automated program of accounting, reporting and control should be used. According to the results of the study, it was determined that the organization of accounting in condominiums, the compilation and submission of reports on the results of activities, as well as for other enterprises, is carried out in accordance with the regulatory documents governing accounting in Ukraine.
